I’m quite overweight but i am going to change that! I am ready to lose weight healthily.
These are my starting stats:
Starting Weight: 169.8 lbs
CW: 167.2 lbs (started my diet last week so i have lost my first 2.6lbs already)
GW 1: 155 lbs (will check in every week with weight updates)
GW 2: 145 lbs (by this summer + fitting in my wedding dress)
GW 3: 135 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 128 lbs by Thanksgiving.
